Booking & Payment

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable. A credit card pre-authorisation bond is required for all bookings and will be released within 7 business days of checkout, subject to inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are non-refundable. In the event of travel restrictions imposed by government authorities, bookings may be transferred to alternative dates subject to availability. We strongly recommend guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange.

Guest Conduct

The Cape at Wategos represents the luxury end of the short-term holiday accommodation market. Properties must be used by registered guests only. No parties, events, functions, or unregistered visitors are permitted at any time. Maximum guest numbers must not be exceeded. Guests are expected to respect the peaceful amenity of the neighbourhood.

Property Care

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a reasonable condition. Any damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or missing items will be charged against the security bond. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all properties and grounds.

Pool & Facilities

The pool and pool cottage are exclusively available to Residence bookings only and are not shared facilities. Guests use all facilities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Liability

The Cape at Wategos accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death to guests or their property during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

Privacy

Guest information is collected for the purpose of managing reservations and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles.
